About ReadyDone
The Problem We Solve
I grew up listening to my dad, a practicing attorney, talk about the frustrations of timesheets. The end-of-day scramble to remember what he worked on, the hours that slipped through the cracks because he couldn't reconstruct them, the mental tax of tracking time while trying to focus on actual legal work.
Every attorney knows the feeling: it's 6pm, you've been working all day, and now you have to reconstruct what you actually did for the last eight hours. You remember the client call, but was it 30 minutes or 45? That research rabbit hole: did that start before or after lunch? The contract review you finished this morning already feels like it happened last week.
Turns out this isn't just my dad. It's every attorney, everywhere. Studies show lawyers lose 10-15% of billable time to inaccurate tracking. For any firm billing by the hour, that's real revenue walking out the door every single day.
Our Solution
ReadyDone is the solution I wish my dad had. Our desktop app runs quietly in the background while you work, capturing context from your screen and audio throughout the day. At the end of each session, you get a clean set of timesheet entries ready to review and send to your billing system. No manual entry. No end-of-day reconstruction. No more lost hours.
Our AI understands legal work, so the entries it generates actually make sense: to you and your clients. Detailed enough to justify the bill, accurate enough to trust without second-guessing.
Where We're Going
Time tracking is just where we're starting. We're building AI infrastructure for law firms, starting with the work attorneys hate most and expanding into the operational tasks that keep them from practicing law.
Less admin. More lawyering. That's the goal.
